Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class service for customers. You will report to the store management team and will lead frontline staff, coach peers, and ensure compliant, safe operations.

You will help drive KPIs, resolve customer issues, and develop team product knowledge and selling skills while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in retail supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end ops to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training for product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
