We look for someone with 3+ years of retail leadership, capable of guiding multiple departments and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment with weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards for store conditions and results.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain leadership on the floor.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Supervise in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend services).
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Support Asset Protection and shrink reduction.
