Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards are followed.
• Coach team to improve Customer Experience and ART of Selling, drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Drive sales in the Knit & Sew Shop and oversee in-store programs and events.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for omni-channel service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
