• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and accountability for store conditions.
• Coach selling behaviors to boost conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy and support.
• Manage Balloons, birthday parties, and in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards to drive retention and visits.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and protection plans.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations.
• Execute BOPIS and Same Day Delivery processes.
• Support Custom Framing consultations and coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices.
