Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and check temperatures as needed.
• Process invoices: stamps, initials, filing, and distribution to teams.
• Close purchase orders accurately in the store purchasing system.
• Adhere to receiving standards and store processes.
• Assist accounts payable and support inventory/financial close.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas; coordinate service.
• Arrive on time, groomed and ready for scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Distribute paperwork to team mailboxes and regional office.
