Responsibilities

• Verify products against purchase orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and temperature as needed.
• Stamp, initials, process, and file invoices.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing system.
• Distribute processed paperwork to team mailboxes and regional office.
• Support accounts payable and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend required trainings.
