Qualifications

• Knowledge of store receiving, accounting and distribution policies.
• Familiarity with WFM quality goals, food handling and safety standards.
• Ability to educate team on product knowledge and convey enthusiasm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and IRMA.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity.
• Check product temperatures as needed.
• Stamp, initials, and file invoices; distribute invoice copies to teams.
• Follow Whole Foods Market Correct Pay Procedures.
• Close purchase orders in the store system accurately.
• Adhere to Receiving standards as per Store Process.
• Distribute processed paperwork to team mailboxes and regional office.
• Follow up with vendors regarding accounts payable.
• Support product teams with accounting during inventory and close.
• Distribute store expense invoices to Store Leadership.
• Maintain baler, compactor and environmental areas; manage waste processes.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend shifts and trainings.
