Responsibilities

• Verify actual product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and temperatures as needed.
• Stamp, initials, process, and file invoices.
• Distribute invoice copies to appropriate teams.
• Adhere to and follow receiving standards and procedures.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing system.
• Distribute processed paperwork to team mailboxes and regional office.
• Follow up with vendors regarding accounts payable.
• Support product teams with accounting during inventory and close periods.
