Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Receiving/Accounting/Distribution Associate to perform receiving, accounting and distribution tasks for store deliveries.

The role emphasizes accurate PO matching, product integrity checks, invoicing, and supporting vendor relations as part of the store operations. Strong attention to food safety and teamwork are essential. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to irregular schedules

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• 12+ months distribution or receiving environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and temperatures as needed.
• Process and file invoices; distribute copies to teams and regional office.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing system.
• Follow Receiving standards and store SOPs; support accounts payable with vendors.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas; coordinate service.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready for scheduled shifts and trainings.
