lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead in New Orleans to drive the store product strategy with a focus on inventory management, back-of-house operations, and floor readiness. The role supports guest experiences and participates in hiring decisions while serving as Supervisor on Duty when needed.

The position emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, maintaining accurate inventory, and leading BOM/HOH activities to ensure optimal product availability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a retail or store-ops environment.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive inventory shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability.
