Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.

• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life and manage inventory processes.
• Lead inventory shifts and ensure accurate back-of-house operations.
• Maintain floor and back-of-house stock and organization for optimal guest experience.
• Participate in hiring processes and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Move from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver technical product education to guests.
