You will lead inventory shifts, supervise duties, and contribute to hiring decisions, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and a welcoming store environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a retail or operations setting.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics with business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.
• Willingness to travel as needed and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy and inventory plans.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to maintain a productive, enjoyable shift.
• Monitor stock levels and share insights to optimize guest availability.
• Review daily metrics to guide actions and pricing decisions for outlets.
