Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive the store product strategy, manage inventory, and oversee back‑of‑house product operations. You will also act as Supervisor on Duty and help deliver a world‑class guest experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, planning inventory, and leading recruitment and training for the team, while maintaining an organized floor and BOH environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, store operations, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions and product focus.
