• 1 year of work experience in retail or related fields.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach others.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Oversee floor and back-of-house product operations.
• Lead and develop team during shifts.
• Deliver world-class guest experience on the floor.
• Review daily metrics to inform actions.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
• Address team member performance and support their ongoing learning through direct feedback and coaching.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
• When serving as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education.
