lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to manage store product strategy, inventory processing, and back-of-house operations. You will ensure floor and BOH stock, lead inventory shifts, and contribute to hiring decisions while delivering a world-class guest experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to execute product actions, analyze sell-through data, and coach team members. This role requires adaptability, inclusivity, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and lead inventory processing.
• Proactively plan and manage inventory accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory-focused shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily metrics and provide recommendations to leadership on product focus or pricing.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and positive working relationships.
• When on Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver a world-class guest experience.
