lululemon, a leading athletic apparel retailer, is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory control, and the guest experience on the floor. You will oversee back-of-house operations, ensure stock levels are optimized, and participate in hiring decisions while acting as Supervisor on Duty at times.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decisions to enhance sell-through and product availability across the store.

Competenze

1 year of work experience or more in a retail/warehouse setting.
Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
Ability to lead, mentor, delegate or implement process with others.

Mansioni

Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
Plan and manage inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
Engage team members in inventory management with a fun, productive shift.
Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
