lululemon in Orlando is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. The role drives the store product strategy, oversees product operations and inventory management, and leads inventory shifts to ensure floor and back-of-house stock is organized and accessible.

The position includes input on staff performance, hiring recommendations, and acting as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Competenze

• 1 year of work experience required.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy and inventory plans.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions and store focus.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
