Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead in Southlake to drive the store's product strategy through strong inventory management and frontline leadership. You will oversee both floor and back-of-house operations, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed to deliver a world-class guest experience.

The role involves collaborating with store leadership, planning inventory activities, and participating in hiring decisions while serving as Supervisor on Duty when on the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Leadership, mentoring, delegating or process implementation experience with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing) and monitor stock levels.
• Lead and mentor team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty on the floor.
• Provide world-class guest experience through effective floor presence and product education.
