lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in delivering the product strategy through strong inventory management and back-of-house operations. You will ensure the floor and BOH are stocked, engage the team, and act as Supervisor on Duty to provide a superior guest experience on the floor.

You will collaborate with leadership on inventory accuracy, plan and execute product actions, recruit and coach staff, and help shape a welcoming, inclusive store

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and maintain a productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Interpret daily business data to inform store leadership decisions on product focus or pricing.
