CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district. You will develop customer relationships, rent units, handle payments, and perform daily maintenance and safety tasks.

The role emphasizes a friendly, service-oriented approach with opportunities for growth across the U.S. and a competitive hourly rate from day one, including potential weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks (stand, bend, walk distances, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments, and handle deposits.
