Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining facilities. The role combines customer care with physical maintenance, including unit leasing, payments, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and performing property checks. Candidates should be able to work Saturdays and commute with a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Able to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, and climb ladders.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store items, handling leasing, payments via POS, deposits, and late payment calls.
