CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district, focusing on customer service and property maintenance. You will build customer relationships, meet monthly sales goals, and perform daily tasks like unit showings, payments processing, and safety checks.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and completing daily bank deposits.
