Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. This role combines customer service and property maintenance to deliver a standout customer experience.

Typical hours are daytime with possible Sunday off; you’ll have opportunities to grow across the U.S., plus a competitive hourly rate, paid time off, and a generous 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and completing daily deposits.
• Maintaining the facility: cleaning units and grounds, open/close doors, up to 50 lbs.
• Keeping the facility clean and safe per company guidelines.
