CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, rent storage units, and support daily property operations. You’ll interact with customers, identify storage needs, and drive lease agreements while ensuring a clean, safe facility.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong cash handling skills. Day-to-day tasks include property walkthroughs, POS transactions, and maintaining the store and grounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with diverse customers.
• Positive, outgoing personality and helpful attitude.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
• Must have vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Able to stand, bend, and climb as part of daily tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service, build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and related metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks: lock checks, show units.
• Handle leasing, payments via POS, cash deposits, and calls about late payments.
• Maintain the facility: clean restrooms, grounds, and tidy office.
