CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, identify self-storage needs, and deliver a standout customer experience.

You will handle leasing, payments, and daily operations, while performing property maintenance and ensuring safety and cleanliness across sites. Join a team that values work-life balance and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license with up-to-date insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and perform daily bank deposits.
