Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district. The role blends customer service with property maintenance, requiring strong people skills and reliable daily execution.

You will engage customers, show units, process rentals, accept payments, and support overall store upkeep. Responsibilities include walking the property, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including property walk-throughs, lock checks, and unit showings.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle deposits.
