Job summary

Burlington Stores in Hillsboro seeks an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and oversee store operations and receiving processes. You will model Burlington’s core values, develop staff, and partner with district leadership while driving sales and maintaining high professional standards.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You’ll also use scheduling software and may travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet policy standards and protect assets.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Manage the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks.
• Act as the Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive store results.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, training and succession planning.
