Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet policies and protect assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth register flow and service.
• Oversee store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage receiving, transfers, damages, and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty to model leadership and drive results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and training initiatives.
