Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the store’s customer service and cashier teams, enforce company policies, and safeguard assets. You will drive overall store operations, assist in staffing and training, and partner with district and regional leadership to deliver results.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexible scheduling, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. In-office work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at a big box or multi-unit retail organization.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs; experience using scheduling/reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding company funds.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and maintain smooth register flow.
• Oversee store operations and receiving SOPs; drive inventory accuracy with Receiving Supervisors.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead by example and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
