Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and protect assets while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will mentor supervisors, coordinate receiving processes, and partner with leadership across the district to drive results while upholding Burlington's core values and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet customer service standards and drive sales.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs and asset protection actions.
• Act as Manager on Duty; guide staff and communicate with District/Regional teams.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Ensure smooth customer flow and adherence to company policies at registers.
