Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy adherence, and drive store performance. You will oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily operations while modeling Burlington's core values.

You will mentor and develop a team across shifts, collaborate with district leadership, and contribute to staffing and training plans to optimize sales and service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large off-price, big-box, or multi-unit retailer.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accurate cash handling.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs for accurate inventory control.
• Manage the receiving process, transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning with the Store Manager.
• Coordinate with District and Regional Management on store operations.
