Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in Big Box or Specialty environments.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and follow Burlington SOPs.
