Burlington Stores, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor, coach, and partner with associates across the organization while driving sales, service, and merchandising execution.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to build trust and partnerships, ensuring the store runs efficiently and meets objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in Big Box or Specialty environments.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsabilités

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and follow Burlington SOPs.
