Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, safeguard assets, and drive business results while modeling our Core Values.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management, flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, and experience with scheduling and reporting software; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Willingness to travel from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams and drive policy compliance.
• Oversee store operations, inventory receiving, and asset protection.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and set leadership example.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management.
