Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies and standards, safeguarding company funds and property.
• Oversee the overall operations and receiving SOPs; manage transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with the Receiving Supervisor.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), setting the leadership example for customers and staff while driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
