Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, manage store operations, and uphold the company’s standards of service and professionalism.

You will act as Manager on Duty, oversee receiving and inventory, drive policy execution, and collaborate with District and Regional teams to ensure smooth operations. The role includes staffing support, training, and opportunities for growth within the fast-paced off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in off-price or big-box retail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards.
• Oversee store operations, asset protection, and inventory controls.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and guide receiving, transfers, and damages.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District and Regional teams to align operations.
