Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail.
• Strong background in store operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ability to implement change and drive results through execution.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer leaves satisfied by gathering feedback, solving problems, and maintaining a smooth and friendly Wawa experience.
• Execute quality and engaged training for Customer Service Associates to meet safety, quality and operational standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, recognizing and motivating the team to perform their best daily.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Monitor store performance—review reports, manage shrink, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive results.
