You will oversee staffing, training, performance management, scheduling, and profitability, while coaching Customer Service Associates to meet safety and quality standards. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly range of $24.50 to $33.00, with eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments.
• Strong background in store operations, including staffing, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense control.
• Ability to implement change and drive results through effective execution.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, friendly Wawa experience for customers.
• Lead training and development for Customer Service Associates to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, recognizing, and motivating team members.
• Coordinate schedules and daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Monitor store performance, review reports, manage shrink, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive optimal results.
