Job summary

Trulieve, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store teams, overseeing inventory, and driving service standards. This role ensures regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The position requires strong leadership, cash handling experience, and the ability to coach a 40+ member team, with responsibilities including labor budgeting and maintaining brand standards. Local Arizona store operations on-site.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget.
