Job summary

Trulieve seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily retail operations and lead store personnel. You will help manage inventory, drive service standards, and ensure adherence to state regulations while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires prior management in retail or customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to coach a 40+ member team. Excellent communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel and inventory management.
• Drive service standards and positive sales results while maintaining brand standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations and SOPs.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives and service standards.
• Monitor store inventory and manage labor budget to meet business needs.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty and maintain professional relationships with partners.
