Job summary

Trulieve in Florida seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, tracking inventory, and achieving key performance metrics. This role ensures regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with leadership to drive service standards, maintain brand visuals, supervise a 40+ team, and support labor budgeting. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English; operate electronic equipment; comprehend safety procedures; utilize telecommunication devices.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on service standards and accountability to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
