Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a cannabis retail setting to support the General Manager in supervising store personnel, inventory, and performance metrics. The role focuses on regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, managing inventory, and contributing to labor planning to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of related experience and/or training.
Prior management experience preferred in retail or customer service.
Cash handling experience required.
Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
Strong interpersonal and confidential communication skills.
Fluent English for customer and team interactions; proficient with basic tech equipment.
Ability to analyze data and inform policy and procedures."

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in planning strategies to improve service standards and sales.
Maintain brand standards in store visuals and merchandising.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
Coach, train, and develop staff to meet service and accountability goals.
Monitor and manage store inventory and labor budget.
Resolve patient issues and escalations during shifts.
Maintain professional relationships with partners and vendors.
