Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, and driving service standards to meet sales goals while maintaining brand standards.

This role ensures regulatory compliance, coaches a 40+ member team, handles patient issues and escalations, collaborates with leaders to optimize labor costs, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate at all levels.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Communicate and enforce SOPs; relay changes to employees.
• Coach, train and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager with labor budgeting.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
