Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations and staff. You will oversee inventory, deliver strong customer experiences, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

The role requires prior management and cash handling experience, with a focus on coaching a team of 40+ and maintaining brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate common office equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and uphold company SOPs across the team.
• Coach and develop staff to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing labor budget to fit business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
