Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations, inventory control, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role requires leading a team, upholding brand standards, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will help manage labor, coach staff, and resolve patient issues, while maintaining confidentiality and working 40–45 hours weekly in a fast-paced retail environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to train and develop a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of staff.
• Ability to communicate in English and operate basic office tech.
• Data analysis to inform store policies and procedures.
• Respectful and courteous interactions with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOP changes to employees with leadership.
• Coach and develop the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
