Job summary

Trulieve, Inc. seeks an Assistant General Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, inventory, and customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will partner with the GM to drive service standards, maintain brand visuals, coach a 40+ employee team, and manage labor budget. The role requires strong leadership, cash handling, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state regulations.
• Review, communicate, and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to ensure any changes are communicated to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
