Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout and floor
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service excellence
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and alarms
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staffing decisions
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and process improvements
• Performs general store maintenance and safety upkeep
