Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew leader for an hourly role in Ohio. You will supervise associates, train on the BEST customer service, and help with stocking and opening/closing duties to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience, with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with good verbal and written skills.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and provide friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and train on customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff.
• Open/close procedures: cash handling, alarms, security, and setup.
