Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership associate in Ohio to supervise crew members, deliver WOW customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will train staff, oversee stock handling, and occasionally manage opening or closing duties with accountability for cash and security.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring excellent customer service.
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the floor.
Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
Occasionally opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operation.
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policy adherence.
Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
Performs store maintenance including cleanup and stock room organization.
