Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional in Columbus to motivate crew, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain a fast, friendly checkout. You will lead front-end operations, ensure brand standards, and partner with the Store Manager on staffing, training, and daily execution of merchandising plans.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management and a High School diploma or equivalent, with strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout experience.
Lead their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
Ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff are trained accordingly.
Perform opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising crew members.
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery initiatives.
Handle store maintenance and stockroom organization as required.
