Job summary

Five Below in Ohio is seeking an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train crew on the BEST experience, supervise store associates, and take on duties of Manager on Duty to ensure smooth opening, closing, cash handling, and safety compliance.

You will support onboarding, drive sales, manage merchandising with the leadership team, and handle stock receiving and maintenance.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent required or preferred college experience.
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

Wows customers through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly check out experience.
Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and standards.
Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep sales floor stocked.
Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling and security checklists.
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service excellence.
Partners with leadership on merchandising and inventory processes.
Performs general store maintenance and safety tasks as needed.
